DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF MICROMECHANICAL ANGULAR RATE TWO-COMPONENT SENSOR

Abstract:
A mathematical model was designed; dynamic behavior of angular rate sensor was detected. The influence of cross rates on primary and informational sensor channels’ properties was stated.
